HOME INSPECTIONS

WIND MITIGATION INSPECTIONS

A wind mitigation inspection is an excellent tool in reducing your homeowners insurance costs! Vero Beach Inspections will evaluate the construction practices used while building your home and complete a Form 1802 for you to provide to your insurance company.

4-POINT INSPECTIONS

A 4-point inspection looks at the four major systems in your home. The roof, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Much like a wind mitigation inspection, your insurance provider will want to know that those four major systems are functioning and properly maintained.

General Home Inspections - 2 Hours Minimum
Manufactured Home Inspections - 2 Hours Minimum
4 Point Inspections - 45 Minutes
Wind Mitigation Inspections - 30 Minutes
Roof Certifications - 30 Minutes

Please note that these are only estimates. Larger homes can sometimes take longer to complete.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR MY INSPECTION?

In general, the home owner or another designated adult must be present. Attic access is essential for almost all inspections.

General Home Inspections and 4 Point Inspections

Clear access under all sinks and access to all plumbing connections
Clear and unobstructed access to the electrical panel.
Clear access to the water heater.
Clear access to all HVAC equipment

We are usually available same day or next day! Call Troy and schedule! After your inspection is complete, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your report.
